if you're a pregnant woman and you're struggling 
to sleep just look at these four options   first of all sort out your head pillow you want to   lift your head off the bed and 
keep your neck nice and aligned you're going to get a folded 
towel or a blanket and just   put it underneath the bump 
to give it a bit of a lift then you're then going to get an old tatty pillow 
you're going to lift up your legs and you're going   to support your hips knees and ankles in a nice 
neutral straight line taking the tension off here finally because you're so 
uncomfortable if you roll up   an old pillow and put it 
underneath the fitted sheet   so that you have a base of support if you come 
back to it your muscles should relax because   you're feeling like you're not holding on to them 
for dear life because you're not in as much pain
