Scars is damage skin through an injury or surgery which replaced by fibrous tissues bond.  In the body, this is a natural process that happens to repair any wound on the skin and deeper tissues. Through the process of healing, scars are very natural occurrence. The skin is dissimilar from the scar tissue.  The hair does not grow back on scar tissue and it is normal because it is n ot as elastic and flexible as the skin it replaced.
